  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.

If you are located in a remote or outlying area, delivery may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.


5. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive the parcel

The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, logistics disruptions, high order volumes).

We will always keep you informed if there are any significant delays.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
